We will aim to post your products within 5 business days via Pudo.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days.
If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot.
Collection is available on checkout from our venue in Sunningdale. We will contact you directly about when to collect once you’ve placed your order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you will receive your refund in the form of a voucher within 15 working days days.
Late or missing voucher
If you haven’t received a voucher yet, please check your spam and emails.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or lost in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at capetownrollergirls@gmail.com and send your item to us. We will provide the address upon email receipt. If an exchange is not possible due to stock, we will refund you in the form of a voucher.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
