Competition Rules & Terms and Conditions
Cape Town Rollergirls will be running a series of competitions to attract customers to the new Cape Town Rollergirls online shop. The ongoing competitions will run for the remainder of 2024 as well as throughout 2025. Consumers who buy products or services from the Cape Town Rollergirls online shop will stand a chance to win prizes. Examples of products and services that are for sale:
- merchandise (T-shirts, stickers etc.)
- services such as skate lessons
- physical tickets to watch our games in person
- tickets to watch our games via an online streaming platform
- digital products (prints, access to limited footage, etc)
Eligibility to enter:The competitions will be open to residents of South Africa as well as consumers based outside the borders of South Africa. The management team of Cape Town Rollergirls are not allowed to partake in the competitions. Entrants need to be over 18 years of age. Disqualifying entrants:Participation in the competitions contest entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules. Competition process:The competition process, from start to completion, will be monitored and audited by a registered Chartered Accountant who operates independently from Cape Town Rollergirls. Contact details of the Chartered Accountant available on request. Winners announcement:Winners will be chosen by means of an online site app-sorteos.com
Winners will be notified via email and needs to claim their prize(s) within 60 days of being notified.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or another prize. Delivery of prizes:
Prizes in the form of products will be delivered to the winners via courier. The winners will be responsible for the courier fee, whether within the borders of South Africa or international courier fees.
Prizes in the form of services will be delivered in person or online depending on the nature of the prize. Number of permitted entries:Each person can enter as many times as they like, depending on availability of amount of products and services.
